Annual works for teams that already know their long-term shape:
- profile count has been roughly stable for the last few months;
- team seats are not changing often;
- there is an operating plan that spans the year.
If you are still evaluating, or your profile count could change a lot, monthly stays more flexible. You can switch between the two on the billing page at any time; the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How billing is counted
Two things worth getting straight first:
- browser profiles and team seats are billed separately. The profile count is how many independent browser identities you can hold; seats are how many people can sign in to the same workspace.
- super admins and read-only members do not consume billed seats. Admins and regular members do.
